    Experienced real estate development specialist, Ailecon, has witnessed a shift from stacks of paper to cloud services in the industry. Today, the information flow for projects is managed from the beginning to the end of the warranty period with the help of SokoPro.

    However, according to Antti-Juhani Lehti, the Finnish construction industry still relies too much on email.

    It is a problem because an email message may be misinterpreted or ignored by one of the relevant actors. This can easily cause problems at a later stage of the project.


    SokoPro is used in all phases of the project

    Ailecon currently has three active projects and two projects are in the warranty phase. SokoPro is used for all their phases: At the planning stage, it is used for requesting offers and coordinating plans. During the construction phase, the costs and schedule are monitored with SokoPro. When the project is completed, it is archived for at least the warranty period, which is two years.

    Collaboration with SokoPro has gone well. A new project can be opened quickly and effortlessly, the basic folder structure is ready, and the physical environment of the platform works well, Antti-Juhani Lehti describes.
