    SokoPro now offers a new integration, SignSpace, which automates the archiving of electronically signed contracts. This saves time and effort, reduces manual work, and streamlines contract management.

    SignSpace is a Finnish, user-friendly, and reliable tool for electronic signing, voting, and contract management. It allows you to manage the entire contract lifecycle, from reviewing to archiving and distribution.

    SignSpace is easily integrated into business processes and meets the requirements of housing and real estate companies' voting services, among others. You can also fulfill the obligations of the Act on the Contractor's Obligations and Liability when work is contracted out as part of contract management by bringing the Reliable Partner reports of contractual partners into the contracting phases.

    Secure and efficient architecture:

    • Data is encrypted both during transfer and when stored.
    • API credentials are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager.
    • Access keys that enable retrieval of SokoPro API credentials from AWS Secrets Manager are stored in Kubernetes Secrets.
    • The only data stored from SokoPro to SignSpace are the document ID and API error messages.
    • Silverskin Information Security Oy has tested the security of the integration.
    • The customer has full control over what personal data is transferred from SignSpace to SokoPro.
