    Archiving Contracts in SokoPro

    The SignSpace integration enables seamless transfer of documents from the SignSpace service directly to SokoPro after signing. This automation reduces manual work, saving both time and effort. The integration is free of charge.

    Architecture

    • The information is encrypted during transfer and when stored.
    • API credentials are stored encrypted in AWS Secrets Manager. Access keys enabling the retrieval of SokoPro API authorization data from AWS Secrets Manager are stored in Kubernetes Secrets.
    • The only information stored from SokoPro to SignSpace is the document ID and API error messages.
    • The customer has full control over which personal data is transferred from SignSpace to SokoPro.
    • Security tested by Silverskin Information Security Oy.
