SokoPro is participating for the first time in the Real Estate Management Federation’s law-themed Christmas event, which will be held in Turku, Helsinki, Tampere, Jyväskylä, and Rovaniemi during November and December.
At the event, you will hear important information about topics such as contractor bankruptcy, tendering for energy renovations, and other current legal issues.
Digital Life Cycle Management
SokoPro’s presentation will focus on the entire life cycle management of a property.
“Information is life cycle management. There is an increasing demand for information sharing, and now that it is also becoming mandatory, document management is emphasized. As a SokoPro user, a housing company can manage its own documents and archives,” says SokoPro’s Account Executive Ilona Huuhtanen.
SokoPro enables the management of all documents
The goal of the Residential and Commercial Property Information System, regulated by law, is to improve the availability and transparency of housing company information. In the first phase of the system (HTJ1) in 2023, housing company information, such as share certificates, was transferred to a national digital system.
In 2026, the second phase of the transition (HTJ2) is coming, when information related to the maintenance of the housing company, among other things, will be added to the system. SokoPro supports these requirements and enables the management of all necessary documents. Although the information is not automatically transferred from SokoPro to the Residential and Commercial Property Information System, SokoPro acts as a kind of small project bank for housing companies’ information management. In SokoPro, housing companies can store all their important documents – even those that are not stored in HTJ.
Housing company’s information management in its own hands
SokoPro users always have access to the latest information, but old versions of documents are also stored and safe. If a housing company still has paper archives, they can also be digitised with the help of SokoPro’s partner.
“The event comprehensively addresses good practices regarding property management. During the afternoon, you will update your legal knowledge and meet other property management professionals in a Christmas spirit. You should definitely come!”
