SokoPro’s Customer Success Manager Velipekka Heiskanen gave valuable tips to SokoPro’s admin users at a webinar held in April 2024.

Needs-based user management
How do I create a needs-based profile? How do I invite more members to a project and manage permissions? A great deal of detailed customisation is possible, such as adding a validity period for the access profile to the day, which can be shortened or extended when necessary.
We recommend giving users fewer privileges to start with rather than too many, as adding them is easy.
User groups for different work phases
Creating a user group is especially necessary when there are several repairs or other projects under one umbrella project. In this case, for example, you can create a user group, ‘Painting’, creating profiles in the group to which this work stage applies.
Adding administrators via SokoPro
Adding project administrators can only be done through SokoPro and requires the permission from the client’s administrator. If you need a new administrator, send a message to the SokoPro HelpDesk (helpdesk@sokopro.fi); your request will be handled promptly.
A light administrator makes the administrator’s daily work easier
If the customer has a Real Estate Bank with many renovation targets, a light administrator can be given access rights to selected targets. For example, they can be given the rights to invite more users to smaller projects on the property. This makes the work of the administrator easier: They do not have to do everything, as the lightweight administrator is responsible for their own projects.
